Employee's lack of knowledge over health and safety

According to a survey by personalinjurylawyers.co.uk, only a quarter of employees knew where to find their company’s first aid kit. The survey found that 73% of employees were unaware of the health and safety procedures in their workplace, and 53% of those questioned felt that their workplace is not effectively protected against risks. Only one fifth of respondents were familiar with fire safety procedures at work.
