TUC warning over Government's legal changes

A government shake-up of the legal system will be bad news for many of the hundreds of thousands of people harmed by their work each year, the TUC has warned. Hugh Robertson, the senior policy officer for Health and Safety at the TUC, said the proposals contained in the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Bill, “will seriously damage access to justice for many working people.”
