Beachcroft and Davies Arnold Cooper to merge

The members of Beachcroft LLP and Davies Arnold Cooper LLP have voted in favour of the merger of their two firms. The outstanding details are being finalised by management teams from both firms and the combined firm will launch as DAC Beachcroft LLP on 1 November, 2011. It will have a turnover in excess of £175 million and over 2,000 staff.
