Law Society disappointed with Legal Services Board report

The Law Society expressed its disappointment and regret that the Legal Services Board had made “the wrong decision” and failed to prohibit referral fees. The Society criticised the report by the Legal Services Board, which it said fails to reflect public, judicial and professional concern about referral fees and fails the public interest.
