£441,227 in damages for RTA

A nurse who suffered disabling injuries after her car was hit by a drunken driver has won £441,227 in damages. Her car was hit in the rear by a Luton lorry. She was left with severe whiplash injuries to her neck and back, and developed Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CPRS), a chronic condition which has forced her to give up her 25-year long career as a community nurse.
