£10,000 in compensation for RTA

A man who suffered cuts all over his body following a road traffic accident has received £10,000 in compensation. Despite all the injuries he was not referred to a hospital for a check up on his injuries. After complaining of constant irritation to his wrist he was finally booked in for a scan which confirmed that some fragments of glass had been retained and had to undergo an operation.
