Report details deliberate under-reporting of rail accidents
An independent investigation carried out by the Rail Safety and Standards Board (RSSB) has found there was significant under-reporting
of accidents between 2005 and 2010. The report details the unintended consequences of management actions designed to improve
safety and to increase the efficiency of contracting.
