BCC highlights costs of employment tribunal system
The British Chambers of Commerce (BCC) has released figures highlighting the costs for business in the existing employment
tribunal system. With the number of employment tribunals increasing - last year saw the highest number of claims ever – the
average cost for an employer to defend itself at tribunal is £8,500.
