The Financial Services Authority and Proceeds of Crime Act – too little too late?

Abstract

This article reviews the impact of the decision of the Supreme Court in R v Rollins [2010] UKSC 39 on the prosecutorial powers of the Financial Services Authority (FSA) in relation to the money laundering offences under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.
