In a new decade, we rely upon the web for just about everything, from work to online banking to researching a new restaurant. The web’s pervasive nature will increase with the take up of mobile devices, such as smart phones and the Apple iPad. This raises many complex legal issues such as trademark infringement in Google Adwords and the legal issues associated with the use of hyperlinks.
