Settlement of £625,000 for RTA victim

A man who suffered serious head and brain injuries in a road traffic accident has received a settlement of £625,000. The man was hit by a car and the driver’s insurers admitted liability. Interim payments were made to avoid financial hardship and to effect implementation of the Rehabilitation Code. The driver’s insurers paid for an intensive rehab course and other treatment.
