Man sues for £6mn over corporate fun day injuries

The potential dangers of corporate fun days has been highlighted by the news that a former RAF technician is suing the organisers of a fun day, and the Ministry of Defence, for over £6mn in compensation after he suffered severe injuries. The man slipped in an inflatable pool whilst trying to collect plastic fruit. As a result he broke his neck and became paralysed from the waist down and had to be medically discharged from the RAF. He is now wheelchair-bound and suffers from severe spasms.
