Cricket and insurance link up

It’s not strictly relevant to Liability Risk and Insurance, but it is important news nonetheless, especially for brokers and risk managers. As the Ashes series hots up, the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has announced that Brit Insurance is to become the principal Team Sponsor of England Cricket in a partnership that will start in January 2010 and last for an initial four year period.
