New FOIL representative on Law Society Council

Michelle Penn, a partner at Berrymans Lace Mawer, has been appointed as the Forum of Insurance Lawyers (FOIL) Law Society Representative on the Law Society Council. She joined BLM in 2000 and became a partner in 2003. She specialises in occupational disease claims and heads the RSI/cumulative back injury unit at BLM’s London office. Ms. Penn takes over the post from Tony Prichard who has represented FOIL on the Council for several years.
