£1.5mn wrongful birth claim against Trust
An NHS trust is reportedly being sued for £1.5m for the “wrongful birth” of a mother’s severely disabled son. The child was
born with congenital heart defects, a cleft palate, one kidney, and back problems, which meant he has to be fed through a
tube and uses a wheelchair.
