£580,000 in compensation for cycling death

The family of a teacher, who was killed while cycling home from work, has received £580,000 in compensation. He was working as Head of Science at a school when he was knocked off his bike. He was hit from behind by a car driven by a diabetic, who suffered a hypoglycaemic attack and lost control. His wife pursued a claim against the driver.
