Liability insurers — you’d better watch out. Health and safety generally gets the blame when overzealous insurers stop people from having fun. But the health and safety profession are fighting back and laying the blame squarely at the door of insurers. Take for example a recent headline from the Daily Mail: “Want to pick your own strawberries? You need a handrail says elf ‘n’ safety.”
