Chile’s pension fund managers struggle to recover losses

Total assets held by pension managers were over 11% down on the year, despite stock market gains and positive Q1 earnings

Notwithstanding the continuing strength of Chile’s stock market, and their substantial first quarter earnings, pension fund managers appear to be unable to reverse the losses suffered by members during the financial crisis.
