Settlement of £425,000 for back and head injuries

A man who sustained serious back and head injuries in a fall at work has received a settlement of £425,000. His solicitor said that the accident was completely avoidable, and if the man’s employers put in place proper training and supervision of activities, then the accident would never have happened. The man suffered serious injuries which will cause him discomfort and limitation of function in the future.
