UK law firms lack cover for employment law breaches
Only 17% of the top 100 UK law firms have insurance cover for defence costs and awards in relation to employment law breaches,
compared with 75% of their US counterparts, according to Aon Global Professions. Aon said that UK law firms are at high risk
of being sued by their partners and employees for such breaches.
