Stressed employees don’t talk to managers

Less than one in three employees (30%) would discuss the stresses of their job with their managers, preferring instead to speak to people outside of the workplace such as their GP, friends or family, according to a survey by Aon Consulting. The findings suggest that companies are unlikely to be fully aware of the stress-levels of their workforce.
