£19,275 compensation for knee injury

A man working as a line operator at a paper mill has been awarded £19,275 after he injured his knee in an accident at work. He had worked at the company for 27 years, and was injured when he slipped on leakage from a waste bin as he walked on a designated walkway causing him to fall and suffer injury to the ligament of his right knee. He had a previous history of dislocating his knee.
