£41,000 for traumatised train driver
A man who was forced to jump out of the way of a runaway train has received £41,000 in compensation for post traumatic stress
disorder. His employers admitted liability and settled out of court. The man took early retirement after being signed off
on long term sick leave, having worked on the railways for 45 years.
