£1.5mn for road accident victim

A woman who was seriously injured in a road accident six years ago has been awarded a payout of £1.5mn. She was travelling as a rear passenger in a car when its driver lost control on a right-hand bend. The vehicle rolled over and struck a wooden fence, causing her to sustain head injuries which have affected her memory, judgment and concentration. She also suffered broken bones and damage to her internal organs.
