A man who was exposed to excessive levels of noise from a slicing machine has been awarded £5,500. By the time the man noticed
a hearing problem, his former employer had ceased trading and the company was dissolved. However, his lawyer was able to trace
the insurers for the employer and the company was restored to the Companies House Register.
