They think it’s all over…it is now.

It’s been going for over three years, but finally it looks as though the long-standing, historic, and infamous case is finally over. Yes, the DC Court of Appeals has rejected the appeal of plaintiff Roy Pearson Jr. (a DC administrative law judge, let us not forget, though he did lose his job last year) in the infamous $54mn “pantsuit”. Pantsgate is finally over (unless of course he appeals to the US Supreme Court – don’t rule it out).
