Professional negligence legal appointments

Berrymans Lace Mawer (BLM) has announced the appointment of Sarah Elderton to its professional negligence practice in Manchester. She joined the firm as a partner from Robin Simon. She specialises in professional negligence litigation, and acts for a wide range of professionals including accountants, solicitors and insurance brokers and has advised composite insurers, mutuals and Lloyds syndicates.
