Government action call over contaminated sofas
The government is being asked to take action on the issue of contaminated furniture, particularly sofas. According to Russell
Jones and Walker (RJW), more than 5,000 people in the UK have now reported skin, chest and eye injuries after using imported
leather furniture, made by a Chinese manufacturer, which contained sachets of anti-mould chemical Dimethyl Fumarate (DMF).
