Mesothelioma award of £110,000

A man who was exposed to asbestos from the age of 15 as an apprentice heating and ventilation engineer has been awarded £110,000 after developing mesothelioma. His day to day work involved handling asbestos lagging on heating equipment. Whilst working closely with asbestos he was never given any warnings or provided with any protective equipment such as breathing mask.
