Kennedys responds to pleural plaques consultation paper

Law firm Kennedys has responded to the Ministry of Justice Consultation paper on pleural plaques, saying that it would be wrong to overturn the House of Lords ruling for political reasons and inappropriate to provide compensation payments for a symptomless condition, which would lead to insurers’ funds being depleted and leaving insufficient funds for victims of serious asbestos injuries.
