Damages for man injured by reversing minibus

A trainee teacher whose pelvis was fractured when he was crushed by a reversing school minibus has been awarded £365,000 in compensation for his injuries. He was standing in front of his own vehicle when the mini-bus reversed into him. His pelvis was shattered and he required months of hospital treatment. The mini-bus driver was later found guilty of driving without due care and attention.
