Electrician awarded £15,000 for wrist injury

A man working as an electrician has been awarded £15,000 after his wrist was injured whilst he was installing an electric meter. He injured his right wrist whilst using a pair of pliers supplied by his employer to seal the electric meter. He had not been supplied with ratchet pliers which would be more appropriate to carry out the task.
