Private companies face increased liability exposure

In the current economic climate, companies should consider whether their liability cover is enough to cover a potential claim

Two out of three US private companies have experienced some type of management/professional liability event in the past five years but over a third of these companies do not purchase any type of insurance cover for these occurrences, according to a survey sponsored by US property/casualty insurer Chubb.
