Bill increasing H&S penalties in Lords
A bill is going through the House of Lords which will bring in tougher penalties for those who breach health and safety laws.
The Health and Safety (Offences) Bill was brought in by Keith Hill as a Private Members’ Bill. It was passed by the Commons
after being given an unopposed third reading.
