The US American Tort Reform Association (ATRA) has revealed that just two days after news of salmonella-tainted tomatoes hit
the US media, and despite the fact that the Food and Drug Administration was still searching for the cause or causes of these
reported contaminations, plaintiff lawyers were already touting for business.
