£30,000 in damages for car accident

A man who was medically retired following a car accident has received £30,000 in damages. He was injured when a car drove into the side of his vehicle and pushed his car into the concrete edge and barrier of the central reservation, demolishing three barrier posts. He suffered whiplash and stress. A settlement of £30,000 was reached with the insurers of the driver who caused the accident.
