£35,000 RTA damages

A woman received nearly £35,000 compensation after a road traffic accident left her with psychological injuries. She was travelling as a passenger when the vehicle she was in was involved in a crash. She suffered a fractured sternum and fourth and fifth metacarpal bones in the dominant hand. As a result of this, she has been unable to continue the role of main carer for her disabled daughter.
