The rumblings of discontent were loud at the recent Infoline conference on “Ensuring, monitoring and demonstrating Treating
Customers Fairly in Product Design and Distribution” but the FSA may draw comfort from the roughly 60/40 audience split between
product development and marketing, and Compliance – at least its Outcome 2 [1] still looks possible for the December 2008
deadline.
