UNITED INDIA IN INSURANCE DEAL WITH MOTOR DEALER

The United India Insurance Company and Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Company have signed a deal covering insurance for new vehicles. According to the two companies the deal will provide for "cashless repairs" at dealer's premises in case of accidents, with United India Insurance providing insurance services to all customers of HMSI through their dealer outlets across the country. Initially the deal will cover scooters and motorcycles purchased from the outlets but in time this is expected to  be expanded to include other personal lines insurances including homeowners, personal accident cover and health insurance.
