Ukraine: a helicopter belonging to the country’s state gas company Naftogaz crashed into the Black Sea, killing all 20 people on board. The Mi-8 helicopter went down as it was trying to land on a drilling rig some 70 kilometres offshore The craft hit a support pole on the rig with its tail then fell into the sea. The passengers were mainly gas company employees who were headed for the rig.
