Texas remains one of the ten worst legal climates in the country, according to “Lawsuit Climate 2008: Ranking the States”,
an annual assessment of state liability systems conducted by Harris Interactive, a market research firm, and released by the
US Chamber Institute for Legal Reform (ILR).
