MoD settles mistaken injection case
A settlement of £10,000 was agreed with the MoD in this military accident case on behalf of a serving Lance Corporal who was
mistakenly injected with a live Combo Pen while on NBC training exercises in 2004. The claimant was playing the role of a
soldier infected with nerve gas.
