£2.4mn in damages for cerebral palsy
A girl who was left with cerebral palsy after her ventilator settings were mismanaged at birth has been awarded £2.4mn in
damages. The NHS Trust involved admitted liability. She will receive a lump sum of £2.4mn plus index-linked periodic payments
to cover care and case management costs for life.
