UK headed for US-style claim culture

Research commissioned by law firm Russell Jones and Walker has found that 81% of respondents believe the UK is heading into the grip of a US-style claim culture and 53% of respondents believed claimants are financially motivated rather than unfortunate victims. Strangely, in Yorkshire and the North East, 60% of respondents believed this to be the case.
