Wet floor slip compensation

A woman who sustained an injury when she slipped on a wet floor has received £6,000 in compensation. She sustained soft tissue injuries to right wrist, neck, left arm and shoulder and concussion. It was discovered that soapy water was covering the surface of the floor, without any hazard notice. Liability was admitted and the settlement was negotiated out of court.
