£3.4mn for boy in road accident
A settlement of £3.4mn for a 14 year old boy who was severely injured in a road accident has been approved by the High Court.
The boy was five years old when he was run over by a car in the road outside his house. He sustained serious brain injuries
in the accident. The cause of the accident was the driver’s inattention to the road.
