Ladder fall sees damages
A man who was knocked off a ladder while repairing a heavy sign has received £18,000 in damages. As a result of the accident,
he dislocated his right elbow, requiring surgery. Liability was admitted and compensation settlement negotiated. His lawyer
said that there was no proper work equipment provided, including no stepladder, and not enough men for the job.
