Slip and trip at work award
A café assistant in a supermarket who suffered a slip at work has received £7,650 in compensation. She was in the process
of cleaning when she slipped on water on the floor and sustained a fracture to her wrist. Primary liability was admitted and
an out of court settlement was reached.
