Motorcycle collision compensation

A man who suffered soft tissue injuries to his left elbow and lower back when an unidentified truck driver collided with his motorcycle has received £6,000 in compensation. The accident occurred when the unidentified driver did a u-turn and followed the claimant. He then drove into the rear of his motorcycle sending him across the road and the driver responsible then fled the scene. The driver of the truck was never traced and a compensation claim had to be intimated to the Motor Insurers’ Bureau under their Untraced Driver’s Agreement.
