Adding insult to injury – ABI on the need for reform

The ABI (Association of British Insurers), in conjunction with the CBI and Citizens Advice, has called for the Government to introduce proposals for reforming personal injury compensation without delay. The three organisations have launched a new report, entitled “Adding Insult to Injury: the need for reform of the personal injury compensation system.”
